Short post today:
I am thankful for the headache I have right now. It is reminding me to slow down, take some deep breaths, drink some water, and stretch my shoulders. I can get so carried away with this and that project, parenting the kids, trying to keep the floor un-cluttered, etc.
I need to take a few moments to quiet and re-center, a few minutes to pray and breath. Hope you have at least a few minutes of quiet today too!
