A quick weight loss post, so for those of you that aren't interested, nothing to read here...move along :)
Stepped on the scale today and was thankful and excited to see that I had made my first weight loss goal! I'm 149.8 pounds, and my goal was 150. Woohoo! To put this in perspective, I tipped the scales at 216 right before the baby was born back in April.
This has been a journey - not an easy one at that, but I a also thankful that my mind and body are now adjusted to a morning exercise routine (except for Sundays) and that I am more mindful of what I eat!
Just in time for Thanksgiving!
